Thefindings of the Integrated Research Study carried out for VSO’s signature programme to determine a baseline against variables of interest and to provide support to further enrich the signature programme development. The research employed mix methods approach and findings are based on primary data collected from seven districts (i.e. Muzaffargarh, Multan, Bahawalpur, Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Rawalpindi). The study focused on social exclusion and gender, social accountability and resilience enable VSO Pakistan and stakeholders (i.e. primary actors, partners, Govt) to understand and articulate the systems, mechanisms and processes of social exclusion and gender inequality, social accountability and resilience in order to know that how they relate to marginalization and impoverishment.
